When will my order ship ?

We ship in-stock items within 3 days of receipt of order. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery.
(Express Service--Next Day, 2nd Day etc. is available for an additional charge. Call for exact charges. 1.800.727.4643)
If an item is out of stock or backordered, we will ship as soon as the item becomes available, and additional shipping charges will apply.

Additional Shipping Charges for Outside the Continental USA Orders

We can ship only to the United States or North America. Please note: For shipping fees on orders shipping outside the continental USA, we will contact you with exact shipping charges before finalizing your order.

Returns/Exchanges

Any items that are unsatisfactory or defective may be returned via U.S. mail or UPS. Items must be unused and in original packing within 14 days of purchase. After this time manufacturer's warranties shall apply.
