The Ertl Series

In 1995, Case commissioned the Ertl company to produce a metal penny bank modeled after a 1932 blue ford delivery van. It was such a hit that a second ertl truck was released the following year. Limited to, at most, only 2,500 pieces every year, the Ertl truck series became a sought-after creation by collectors, and now as of this writing, we have three of these collector pieces on our auction, a 1925 yellow Kenworth, a 1925 black Kenworth, and a 1966 light blue ford pickup. Won’t be too long until these drive away, so if you have an interest, better grab the steering wheel before it’s too late!

In addition to that bit of news, I thought it might be nice to have a listing of the trucks that have been produced in their first run. Below is a listing of everything from ’95 to ’07 for your viewing pleasure.
